Welcome to My Italian Space! By using our website and booking our classes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
My Italian Space provides live online language classes, both individual and group, designed to help students learn Italian in a personalized, effective way.

2. Bookings
All classes must be booked through our website. Once a class is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the class details and a link.

3. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments securely via PayPal and Stripe.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your class up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds

6. User Conduct
Users must not use our services for any unlawful or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to cancel services for any user violating our policies.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during lessons are the intellectual property of My Italian Space and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any technical issues or delays caused by internet disruptions or third-party platforms. We strive to ensure smooth delivery but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.


Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our educational services and the time reserved for each student, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we understand that scheduling conflicting can occur, therefore:

-Students may reschedule a booked class with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

-Reschedule requests must be made through our booking system or via email to myitalianspace1@gmail.com.

-No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24-hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or reschedule.
